I kindly require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, as this time is reserved specifically for you and impacts my ability to fill the appointment. A 50% retainer fee will be required to book any future services for no-call/no-shows. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit a portion of their service (such as a blow-dry or styling), or the appointment may need to be canceled and rescheduled with applicable fees, as I do book appointments back-to-back. Calls or text messages are the only accepted methods for canceling or rescheduling appointments. Emails and direct messages are not monitored and will not be accepted as valid notice. To protect the safety of all guests and preserve the elevated experience I strive to provide, appointments are reserved for clients only. Children may not accompany guests unless they are also scheduled for a service. If a child is brought to an appointment, the service will need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will be applied due to the loss of reserved appointment time. Hair services are custom and non-refundable once completed. All card payments are final. While any concerns may be addressed through adjustments offered at the stylist’s discretion, declining an offered adjustment does not qualify for a refund.
